El Mirador de la Heredia

Introduction

El Mirador de la Heredia

This stunning development benefits from south-facing views of Nueva Andalucia, also known as the Golf Valley. From the development it is possible to see not only the impressive backdrop of La Concha, but also the surrounding golf courses of La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Magna Marbella, Las Brisas and Aloha. In fact, no less than ten golf courses are available within a 15 minute drive from El Mirador De La Heredia.

The development itself consists of 44 luxury three and four bedroom townhouses, with substantial basements, and 36 luxury two and three bedroom apartments. It is a gated community with 24 hour security and access to an exclusive clubhouse.

Some of the Costa del Sol's best beaches are just a few minutes away too. It is also possible to spot the famous jet set marina of Puerto Banús on the coast, approximately three kilometres south of the development. The views from all points of El Mirador are simply breath-taking, which offers vistas of Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains on the North African coastline. El Mirador de la Heredia truly is one of the most tranquil and stunning settings to be found on the coast.

Benahavis is a lively Andalucian village, boasting all the pueblo charm of a working village, while also catering for the international tourist. Benahavis, also known as 'the dining room of the Costa del Sol', is well thought of locally for its diverse places to eat, its cafés and Moorish history.

The name Benahavis dates back to Moorish times when the town was one of the last castles to remain in use by the Moors. Translated Benahavis means 'Son of Havis'; Havis being the last reigning King, who left his legacy to his son.

Within the municipality of Benahavis there are a number of distinct and exclusive urbanisations. The urbanisation of El Mirador de la Heredia is to be found nestled at one of the highest points within the area. It also sits between Los Arqueros golf, the prestigious urbanisation with a Severiano Ballesteros designed golf course, El Madroñal, which is an exclusive community of villas, and La Zagaleta, the highly exclusive complex which contributes to Benahavis' status as the richest province per capita in Andalucía.

Access to the area of La Heredia is obtained via the Carretera de Ronda from San Pedro de Alcántara, just south of Marbella where the road winds and climbs in the direction of the ancient town of the same name. Ascending through a landscape dominated by the striking shell-shaped mountain 'La Concha', the existing urbanisation of La Heredia is located just past Los Arqueros.

The Project

The development benefits from on-site facilities of a communal swimming pool, a paddle/tennis court and a restaurant. Each property enjoys stunning views of the surrounding area. The El Mirador de la Heredia development has the best possible qualities and finishing, in addition to panoramic views of the Mediterranean and five golf courses. This is possibly the most luxurious of Majestic Group Investments' projects to date.
