The club house is well underway, with all brickwork complete and the first stages of exterior rendering starting.
Initial land clearance of the site is imminent, with the completed road network in place initial extraction of building foundations will be undertaken in quarter 1 this year.
Initial remarketing has commenced with healthy signs of interest already being shown.
