El Mirador De La Heredia Update: June 2008
Construction of surrounding infrastructure commenced in July 2007, and is now complete, with initial stages of land clearance now underway.
The first phase of construction being prepared for foundation footings.
The external rendering of the club house is now complete and to the rear it is possible to see the scale of the clubhouse, which will feature as a desirable amenity to owners of properties on the La Heredia Development.
The land is now also being extracted around the perimeter of the site.
The surrounding environment and views of high quality established communities and golf courses will enhance the appeal of this development upon completion
