Rendering of the club house external structure is almost complete.
The roof areas are currently being tiled.
Initial land clearance of the site is imminent, with the completed road network in place initial extraction of building foundations will be undertaken in quarter 1 this year.
Initial remarketing has commenced with healthy signs of interest already being shown.
