El Mirador De La Heredia Update: October 2007
Construction commenced in July 2007. The surrounding infrastructure for El Mirador de la Heredia is now complete, with initial stages of construction underway.
The foundations for the clubhouse are in place with additional land movement on the El Mirador site being undertaken; the terracing of the plots and perimeter walls are currently in progress. The surrounding environment of high quality established communities and golf courses will enhance the appeal of this development upon completion.
Initial remarketing has commenced with healthy signs of interest already being shown.
